Workin.com is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative.


Job Summary:
Accepts inbound and performs outbound telephone calls from/to businesses in assigned areas to secure
annual renewals and to sell our services.  Provides timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all
sales.   

Essential Functions:
•	Manage a territory of current customers 
•	Secure renewals for existing customers 
•	Meet and exceed expectations on new business targets
•	Ability to accurately forecast sales monthly/quarterly to 
        management
•	Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:
•	2+ years of sales experience 
•	Knowledge of Outlook, Excel
•	Strong telephone and communication skills 
•	Organized, strong time management, reliable, willingness to 
        work hard
•	Ability to close business while achieving a high level of 
        customer satisfaction. 

The position is paid hourly with the opportunity to bonus each month based on criteria given by
management. The atmosphere is business casual with an emphasis of performance and achieving our
goals.
